In Home Assessments

Comprehensive in-home evaluation of acute and chronic wounds by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. This includes measuring wound dimensions, assessing wound bed and periwound skin, identifying signs of infection, and determining wound etiology.

Wound Care Services at Home

Provision of specialized wound care techniques, including debridement, application of advanced dressings (foam, alginate, hydrocolloid, etc.), and use of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) when appropriate. Our goal is to optimize healing while minimizing complications.

Expert management of surgical wounds at home, reducing the need for hospital visits. Services include dressing changes, monitoring for complications such as dehiscence or infection, and patient/caregiver education on wound care. Adherence to infection control protocols to protect vulnerable patients in the home environment.
